Starting a blog

I’ve been meaning to start a blog for a long time now, but had no idea what to write.
I am passionate about my work, which is programming (mostly in PHP).
I like databases and I’ve been using MySQL since version 4.
I enjoy the guessing-game of SEO and I try to make all my sites as search engine friendly as possible.
Recently I read a book about Adwords, saw the system in action and what benefits it can bring to a new or existing website.
Also,
I enjoy reading Science Fiction books, a few of my favorites beeing Dune by Frank Herbert and more recently Ender’s Game by Orson Scott Card.
I started taking photos about an year ago and discovered I like it very much, as it resembles art (painting or design), which I cannot do because of my lack of drawing skills.
I describe myself as a hardware freak. I have around 17 years of meddling with computers (PCs mostly and starting this year Macs). I have owned tens of computer components, around 8 PCs, 2 laptops and 1 Macbook. One of my other future plans is to open a blog about hardware, electronics, gadgets and sorts.
I love FOOD. I enjoy cooking but right now I’ve got no time for it. Unfortunately I’ve become a fast-food addict like many others. I eat mostly preprocessed food.
Like all people I have friends. I hope that they will help and support me here. Input is always welcomed as "content is king" :D.

very good description.
what should i say… i’ve worked with mihai about 3 years ago in a small firm. he is a great programmer and a very sociable fellow… i wouldn’t describe him as a geek, although he is, as you can read above, a computers freak :))
